On the afternoon of 11 January, Qingdao Hisense Intelligent Commercial System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “HICS”) and Qingdao Weiyi Investment Group (hereinafter referred to as “Weiyi Investment”) successfully held a signing ceremony for the establishment of the HiStone headquarters in Wisdom Valley in Laoshan District.
This marked the official launch of HICS's investment of 100 million RMB to purchase Building 2 of Wisdom Valley as the company's new headquarters and production base. Leaders such as Guan Dongyu, Chairman of HICS, Su Yutao, General Manager of HICS and He Jinglu, Chairman of Weiyi Investment, attended the ceremony.
This signing received firm support and attention from the local government. Many leaders attended the ceremony, including leaders from Laoshan District Standing Committee, Deputy District Mayor Liu Dachuan, Beizhai Sub-district office representative, District Industry and Information Technology Bureau representative, District Building Economic Development Center representative.

At the beginning of the meeting, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the construction of the "Wisdom Valley" project and government policy requirements, which resulted in consensus on a number of the details of project cooperation. Witnessed by the leaders and guests at the meeting, the two parties formally signed a contract. Chairman of Weiyi Investment, He Jinglu, presented a "Golden Key" to Guan Dongyu, Chairman of HICS, representing that the two parties will work together to seek new business opportunities and create a win-win situation together.
After the ceremony, the leaders and guests viewed the infrastructure of Wisdom Valley and took a group photo together. It is understood that the land property rights of the project are clear, and the documents and certificates are in place. At present, the necessary inspection has been completed, with the road paving and landscaping also completed. The final inspection and acceptance will be carried out in February 2021.
Since March 2020, HICS has visited several industrial parks in Qingdao. After several rounds of field visits and negotiations, it was finally decided to purchase Building 2 of Wisdom Valley, located at No. 8 Shengshui Road, Laoshan District, as the new headquarters and production base for the future.
